  • How does the trade-in process work?
    Your Car Simplicity expert will help you determine the true value of your trade-in and advise you on the best approach—whether it's trading it in at the dealership or selling it privately for a better return. We’ll gather offers, negotiate on your behalf, and ensure your trade-in is factored into your deal the right way. Our goal is to maximize your savings by balancing your trade-in value with your new purchase. Note: While we handle the negotiations, you may need to coordinate the pickup or drop-off of your trade-in, guided by your Car Simplicity expert.
  • What if the best deal for me is out of state or across the country?
    If the best deal for your car is out of state, we can help arrange delivery right to your doorstep. Shipping costs vary based on factors like the vehicle’s size, make, model, and the distance it needs to travel. Once we have your vehicle details and delivery location, we’ll provide a shipping estimate so you know exactly what to expect. Many of our clients choose out-of-state purchases to secure the best deal or find the exact car they want—and delivery often makes it worth it. On average, out-of-state shipping costs around $1,000, but we’ll work to find the best option for you.
  • What if the original car I wanted is unavailable or the dealer refuses to negotiate?
    This happens sometimes and isn’t a problem! Dealerships often advertise attractive prices simply to get customers into the store, hoping to sell them a different vehicle. If the car you originally wanted is sold or the dealer won’t negotiate fairly, you can easily choose another vehicle you'd like, and we’ll handle everything from there at no extra cost.
  • How Does Car Simplicity Get Paid?
    We only earn money through the flat fee we charge you for our service. We never accept payments, commissions or kickbacks from dealerships, upfront or behind the scenes. This ensures our interests are fully aligned with yours—our only goal is to secure the best possible deal for you, without the hassle, frustration, or dealership drama. Hi, I’m Jason—and I’m that guy who gets way too excited when someone mentions cars.
 

I geek out over trim levels, test drives, and auto news like it’s my morning coffee. But you know what drives me crazy? The actual car-buying process.


It’s confusing, overpriced, and full of pressure tactics—basically the worst part of loving cars. Even the most excited shopper ends up frustrated.
 

That’s why I started Car Simplicity. 
 

What started as doing a “quick favor” for family turned into a full-blown mission.
I helped them avoid dealership games, and suddenly coworkers, neighbors—even strangers—were asking for help too. Word got out: I could get people better deals without the headache. 

That’s when it hit me—this system isn’t just broken, it’s designed to be. Buying a car should feel exciting—not exhausting.


But until the auto world decides to play fair, I’m here to even the odds.
